Jennifer Dorman

Jennifer specializes in Reiki for pain and trauma. 

After undergoing multiple back surgeries, Jennifer was still not able to find relief from the pain in her body. She began experimenting with holistic forms of medicine and finally found the relief she was looking for through Reiki healing. Through the gratitude of this relief also came a passion to heal others. In 2021, Jennifer was successful in obtaining her Reiki Master/Teacher Certification. She pairs her Reiki healing sessions with complimentary practices such as crystal healing, sound healing, intuitive healing, and most recently Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping. Having an understanding of the trauma and pain in her own body has enabled her to help others release past emotional stressors and inflammation caused by traumatic events in their lives. Jennifer serves as a successful example of someone who was able to gain relief through holistic healing and spiritual medicine and aims to share this gift with the public. 

When scheduling a healing with Jennifer, you are taken into our beautiful Reiki Healing Room at the shop where you’ll lay down on our crystal PEMF mat (Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency). We begin with a guided meditation to calm the parasympathetic nervous system, relax the body, and activate the vagus nerve to stimulate the “rest and digest” response. Jennifer performs reiki over the body while searching for energetic blocks. As a solution oriented healer, Jennifer will provide the client with intuitive affirmations and insights based on her findings. Lastly, she will play high quality alchemical sound bowls that pierce through the energetic body, bringing each chakra into vibrating resonance and eliminating toxins. The client will walk away with peace of mind and body, as well as action items for further healing of the self.
